Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet from a name you can trust! Love this Delta Trinsic faucet! The champagne gold color is gorgeous and looks very high-end. It feels solid and sturdy, and the handle turns on and off super smoothly. The pull-down sprayer works great, and installation was easy- my husband had no trouble at all. Definitely recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for any kitchen Loved the tap and the color. It’s not to heavy and easy to install. Designed very well and handle is also too good. Lasts longer and loved it. Get yours soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality you can trust! I’m currently in the process of remodeling my entire kitchen, and this faucet fits beautifully into my design plans. The quality is immediately noticeable—the faucet feels solid, substantial, and extremely well made. The finish is smooth and consistent, giving it a truly high-end, luxurious look. I’m planning on using gold fixtures throughout my kitchen, and although this finish is technically champagne bronze, it works extremely well with that aesthetic. The tone is warm and elegant and blends seamlessly with other gold elements without clashing. The pull-down feature operates smoothly and feels sturdy, and the overall height and reach will be ideal as I switch to a single-bowl sink. Delta is a brand you can trust when it comes to craftsmanship and reliability, and this faucet definitely reflects that reputation. It’s both functional and visually striking and will elevate the overall look and feel of my kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and functional! This Delta Trinsic single handle pull-down kitchen faucet in champagne bronze is not only beautiful but the perfect addition to our kitchen. It was easy to install and has been working wonderfully. There are two faucet modes (aerated stream and spray) that are great for everyday use and for washing dishes. The sprayer is not the strongest spray I have seen in a faucet, but it is still powerful enough to help clean up tough spots on dirty dishes. The handle is easy to use and move and the magnet keeps it in place. We have loved this faucet and think it’s the perfect color and style for most kitchens!

Q&A

Just installed Trinsic Pull Down Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with MagnaTite® Docking and Diamond Seal Technology this summer and now there is no water flow when we use touch or the pull down. advice?

Asked by: tania4444
Thank you for your question, tania4444! I do apologize that you are not getting any water flow to your touch faucet, but will be more than happy to help! Model 9159T-DST runs on batteries, as a default option. When those batteries die, the light at the base of the faucet will blink red 3 times. Once the batteries die, the faucet will not be able to get water until new batteries are installed. Feel free to contact us directly, if you need further assistance. Best Regards, Benjamin

Can I mount this on my counter

My sink is an under mount granite composite with no holes. I see this is 1-3 holes. Can my plumber mount this to my countertop and do I need any accessories to mount it that way?

No. I cannot understand why Delta approved this type of aeration in the first place. I constantly splash when trying to rince certain items and it is getting really annoying.

I just had this faucet installed, and the spout wobbles slightly relative to the body. Is this normal? Should spout have "play" relative to the body, or should it be firm? Can this be tightened? It detracts from the quality feel of the faucet.

Asked by: Richard
Thank you for your question, Richard! The faucet is secured to the counter below with a mounting bracket that uses two screws and a nut. You will need to make sure these are tightened sufficiently, however please avoiding over tightening these parts. If you are using the optional three hole escutcheon plate, please make sure that this is also secure. If the counter is uneven, a small bead of silicone sealant may be used as well. How do I clean the screen and/or filter to increase water pressure out the spout? Do I take off the part attached to the flexible hose, or do I unscrew the neck?

Asked by: Rodpod
Hi, Rodpod! Thank you for your question. We recommend to clean the sprayer assembly on the 9959-AR-DST faucet by removing the sprayer off of the hose and soaking the whole sprayer in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. You can soak for an hour, or even overnight to clean. Best Regards, Rosanna

Renovating my kitchen and am interested in this Trinsic faucet. Does the water flow from the aerator at an angle (if so what angle)or straight down?

Also, may be better off with the Bar/Prep model (#9959 AR) which seems to have the same spout height despite the decreased overall height. What is the angle of water from that spout? Any other differences between the two models?

We have one of these faucets installed in our office and recently the flow on the hot water side is greatly reduced almost to a trickle. The hot water supply valve is wide open. Please advise as to the best option for troubleshoot this problem.

Asked by: craig1961
Hi, craig1961! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Over time, common water debris will settle in the house supply lines. Anytime the water is shut off to a portion of the home, this debris can become dislodged and will move through the pipes to be caught by a faucet. Local construction or the changing of the seasons can also cause this. Flushing the supply lines through the unit should remedy this situation. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If this does not fix the issue, please contact us back. Best Regards, Rosanna

In addition to what you've already mentioned, I noticed that the valve names are different: The Trinsic uses the Diamond Seal Valve; the Trask uses the Euromotion Diamond Valve. Also, the handle styling is slightly different between the two (the Trinsic is skinnier.)

Does this model come with the handle on the left? I'm looking at installing your hot water faucet next to it. Thank you.

Asked by: Jacky
Hi, Jacky! We recommend installing this faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the front or left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature.
