We installed this line (Delta Trinsic, champagne bronze) in our bathroom and now got the kitchen faucets. They are sized perfectly and go with that same matte brass look we were going for. Now if only hardware was as easy to find!

First was the main kitchen and now it's in the kitchenette by our terrace. The pull out function works well and brass finish works with the rest of the house and it's hard to find the antique brass finish in this price range. It coordinates with the bathroom faucet and toilet paper holder in the bathroom on the same floor. Happy with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet First off, my kitchen is small enough to have a bar sink for a normal sink. The height of a new faucet could be no higher than 13". This was my main reason for purchasing this faucet. The second, it's a Delta. Third, a pull-down spray head was more functional than a pull-out. The operation of the pull down sprayer is smooth. The spray head glides back into the magnetic dock with ease (and your help; you can't just let the head go and expect it to insert itself). The spray function is awesome for various tasks. The lever to operate the dual spray function is conveniently located at the back of the pull down head. (You have to manually operate the lever to go from normal to spray and back; no biggie for me :)) You will use your entire hand, not two fingers, to operate the faucet's handle. It takes a little bit of effort to adjust the flow. I like a slower flow to keep the water in the sink rather than on the counter. Fully open, it's a powerful flow. The faucet swivels 360 so I can fill up a pot sitting next to the sink (as long as it fits under the spray head) without having to put the pot into the sink. The reach for this is adequate, though I would have preferred another 1"-2". Installation: I didn't hear any swearing coming from under the cabinet so I knew it was easy to install. Overall, I think this faucet is a great value and would recommend it to anyone. To be completely open, I was offered a $20 rebate for this review. (and I do like my faucet, bonus!)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from don't like the "arctic stainless" color [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this, as well as a similar Moen faucet, in order to check the look and feel of both, before deciding. I decided to keep the Moen and return this one, because I do not like the "arctic stainless" finish. Delta claims the bluish tint better matches today's stainless steel sinks, but that was certainly not the case with the Mazi sink that was carried by our countertop company. However, from everything I read, I'm sure the Delta faucet is just as high-quality as the Moen one. We simply didn't like the look.

It came quickly and as soon as I opened the box I knew I'd made the right decision. It is beautiful (ok as beautiful as a faucet can be!) and the build quality is great. I was afraid the piece that pulls out would be flimsy plastic but if it's not actually metal (I'm told most are not as metal conducts heat from hot water) it certainly has the look and feel of stainless steel. The faucet's operating mechanism is smooth and true and the stream/spray switch works perfectly. We couldn't be happier. Btw the color of the stainless steel is very close to that of my fisher and paykel refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, and Samsung stove so it coordinates well, which was one of my concerns. 5 stars for sure on this one!

This is the smaller of the two similar faucets, which I found to be the better size for our kitchen. Very easy to install, easy to use and the spray head is a must in any kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two of these in different sizes for our recent kitchen remodel and they are outstanding. We love the on/off touch as it comes in real handling when cooking in the kitchen. We also purchased two Delta automatic soap dispensers to go along with the faucets. The soap dispensers are a real disappointment as they dispense soap when you are just near them without touching them. We are going to change these over to the pump kind very soon.

The operation is good, the installation was straightforward and the finish has held up just fine so far. I like the magnetic catch on the spout as it's strong enough to really hold the spout in place and the selector "switch" for stream or spray works solidly too. No downside I can think of.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is smooth as silk I have installed several faucets over time but this one is right on top in looks, function and certainly when it comes to installation. I loved my previous faucet from a different manufacturer, but when it was leaking and I tried to fix it, it became very frustrating, especially the pull-out sprayer. When I finally gave up and went looking for another faucet within my budget it took me 5 minutes to select the DELTA pull-down faucet. The way the installation is designed, is in such a way that anyone can install it. My favorite part is the installation of the pull-out sprayer, you just click the hose to the unit and a plastic retainer locks it place. No twisting of hose, no wrenches necessary and no time wasted. Love it. The off and on selector of the sprayer works very well and the pull-out goes back in place with ease. Thank you for a great design.

Not noticing, it almost damaged our brand new custom kitchen cabinet! It stopped for a while, now it is leaking again. Argh! Very frustrating when things leaks under the sink. I cannot trust anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet in warm gold This is a beautiful addition to our kitchen which has a gold-Moroccan theme. The hose feature is my favorite thing - you can fill up pots/kettles etc. without having to put thme directly under the faucet. The spray option is also great when you want to clean the sink out. The MaganTite works great. I'm giving it 4 stars for design because the faucet is *quite* large and tall for our pretty small rental kitchen. In retrospect it would have been better for us to get the bar sized faucet. Hope this helpful! I really recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bar faucet that we used at our Kitchen sink We have a lower backsplash than most, which doesn't allow for high-arc Kitchen faucet clearance. As an interior designer, I'm always recommending Delta Kitchen faucets due to the magna-tite docking system and also the customer service for any issues down the road. I was very excited to see that the bar version of the Kitchen faucet also came with the pull out feature and magna-tite system that the kitchen version has. The size is perfect.

But what a disappointment!!! Have had this for 1.5 years and it just stopped working, pure and simple. No water/little trickle when on, leaking when off... What a waste of $$$. For the price paid, I was hoping not to have to change so quickly. Don't waste your money with this... the look of such a nice faucet can likely be found without the hassle of this not working.

During installation I required an extra part which was dispatched to me within days. Great service from Deta Faucets in Canada, which took only one phone call. They sent me more parts than I needed. Long term durability is important to me, so we still have to see about that.

I have a question regarding the 9959-DST Trinsic prep faucet. Because of the location on my counter, I will have to mount the handle on the left, so I was wondering if the handle swivels the same amount back as forward (like 45 degrees each way).

Does faucet 9959-cz-dst have hot and cold water?

What is the difference between a bar/prep faucet and a kitchen faucet? I like this model but want it for my main kitchen sink and I'm wondering if it would work for that?

Thank you for your question, Brett! The Delta Trinsic Faucet models 9159-DST and 9959-DST are the same faucets, with the 9959-DST just being a smaller version of the kitchen faucet. The only reason we would not recommend using the 9959-DST is it may not have the reach that you would like to all corners of the sink. The touch-on/off feature stopped working. Is there a battery or something that needs to be replaced?

How do I remove the head so that I can clean the screen?

Hi, JeffU! Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly for the Delta 9959-CZ-DST faucet unscrews counterclockwise at the hose connection. Once removed, this can be soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution and can be soaked for an hour or even overnight. Best Regards, Rosanna

Someone responded that the sprayer is plastic. Are they saying that the pull out section (like the last 2 inches on the faucet) is plastic or do they mean the inside assembly of the sprayer is plastic. Also, is the water aerated?
