Rated 3 out of 5 by from It us a great faucet... Until it stops working I've had this faucet for almost 2 years now...Changed the batteries 2x so far. But after yesterday change, the touch featured stopped working...Plug unplug repeat... No dice. A faucet costing the that much should come with problems., Especially when one buys this faucet for its touch feature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible faucet...simply stunning! This is the best faucet. The touch technology allows me to turn the faucet on/off with just a tap...this is PERFECT for when I'm making hamburgers or something that I don't want touching the faucet. The color is gorgeous ... not shiny, brassy gold, but a sophisticated twist on gold. Shipping was super fast. Everything came as expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite part of our new kitchen Weve had it for 3 years and love it. The switch on the spray head is a little hard to use but I almost never switch it to shower mode. Biggest down side is anytime u go to a friends house u will constantly be tapping their faucet to turn it on. Makes for some strange looks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An absolute necessity! Use it everyday since I am doctor concerned with germs. Great feature is that you can turn it on and off on the backside of the faucet where none will see your fingerprints.

Time to replace our existing Delta faucet (had it for 25 years!) - which has a 12” high arc. I am worried that the Trinsic 15.5” kitchen faucet will be too big. I have an Elkay double sink that is only 9” deep on main side and only 7” on the smaller.

Asked by: Katie
Hi, Katie! Thank you for your question. The Delta 9959T-DST Bar/Prep faucet is slightly smaller than the full-size kitchen faucet, 9159T-DST. The 9959T-DST Bar/Prep faucet is 13" and the full-size kitchen faucet, 9159T-DST, is 15 11/16". Here is a link to the technical specifications sheet that will show the measurements for both units: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-9159T-DST%20Rev%20E.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

My faucet water flow has slowed to a trickle. How do I fix this?

Asked by: Anna
Hi, Anna! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen at your solenoid assembly under the sink. To flush the lines, make sure your handle is in the 'off' position. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through. If this does not fix the flow issue, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. We are available Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm, CST and Saturday, 8am-5pm, CST. You may also email at customerservice@deltafaucet.com. Best Regards, Rosanna

Asked by: Dave
Hi, Dave! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. If the faucet is leaking at the spout retainer, we would recommend to replace the hose assembly, since the water travels through the hose assembly, itself. The hose assembly part number is RP80522. What does a flashing red light mean?

Asked by: jillsy
Thank you for your question, Jillsy! Normally, if a Delta touch faucet has a flashing red light, it means the batteries need to be changed. If batteries are not changed it can cause the solenoid to shut does and no water will run out of the faucet, until the batteries are replaced. Best regards, Tanya

Does the handle move back as well as forward?

My backsplash is a little less that 3 inches from the center of the hole.
Asked by: Susan
Thank you for your question, Susan! The handle will only move forward from the upright position. We recommend having 2 1/2" or more between the backsplash and the center of the mounting hole. Best regards, Jon

Can the handle be switched to the left side?

Asked by: JC
Hi JC, Thank you for your question. The faucet is only designed for the handle to be installed on the right side due to the rotation of the handle and the position of the light at the base. Best regards, Jon

What does a red light on mean?

A red light keeps coming on instead of the blue light? What does this mean?
Asked by: AJK
Hi AJK, Thank you for your question! For models manufactured prior to 2015, a solid red light means that the batteries will need to be replaced. Solenoids manufactured after January 2015 will cause the light to flash red when the faucet is turned on or off if the batteries need to be replaced. Best regards, Jon
