Hi AJK, Thank you for your question! For models manufactured prior to 2015, a solid red light means that the batteries will need to be replaced. Solenoids manufactured after January 2015 will cause the light to flash red when the faucet is turned on or off if the batteries need to be replaced. Best regards, Jon

Hi Tom, Thank you for your question. What you are describing is correct. The blue light should be on only when the water is flowing. The light should not be on when the handle is in the on position but the touch feature is used to turn the water off. Thanks, Dave

Thank you for your question, Jillsy! Normally, if a Delta touch faucet has a flashing red light, it means the batteries need to be changed. If batteries are not changed it can cause the solenoid to shut does and no water will run out of the faucet, until the batteries are replaced. Best regards, Tanya

No this should not interfere with your clearance as I had 2" for my facucet to the back splash

Kevin, Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards. Also, reversing the installation would move the LED light to the back of the faucet. Best regards, Jon

Thank you for your question PS. You can toggle between stream and spray without having to turn the faucet off. Touch2O® Technology is a sophisticated technology and understands the difference between a touch (1/3 of a second) or a grab (more then 300 milliseconds) and will not turn off when toggling through stream and spray. Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9159T-DST can be turned so the handle is in the front. However, the blue light will also move. Also, the hot and cold will be side to side to operate.

The cleaning care information for your Delta Trinsic Touch2O Bar/Prep Pull-down Kitchen 9959T-CZ-DST faucet, per the warranty, recommends to always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. Hi, Vanne! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode usually comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. If this does not correct the leak, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 9959T-DST has a handle range of approximatley 90 degrees. It also only has a forward rotation so that it doesn't hit the backsplash.
