The product no longer works and as I try to find out warranty information, Delta deleted my original registration. Now I have to re-register my product again to even get help. This is both an inconvenience and perhaps a policy change if they no longer provide warranty on my product. Frustrating!!!

We always struggled with getting the touch feature to work, but its gotten worse to the point that 2.5months in I get water in my kitchen maybe 1 time out of 7-8 times I try in a day! We just go through a big ennovation and remodel and the last thing Iw anted was to have to deal with product issues when you invest in a supposedly high quality product. never buying Delta again. Will now see if my husband can figure out how to disable the electronic part and make it manual and will be sure to tell all our friends who are remodelling to stay away from Delta

Subject: Disappointing Experience with [Kitchen Faucet Brand] I recently purchased a this faucet and I must say it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The faucet itself has – rusted, unreliable, and prone to leaks. But the real nightmare began when I attempted to seek assistance from their customer service. It's as if they've adopted a strategy of actively avoiding customer inquiries. The response time was abysmal, and when I finally did get in touch, the representative seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I regret investing my hard-earned money in a product that not only fails in functionality but also in providing basic customer support. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a reliable kitchen faucet.

When called customer service they insinuated that I wasn’t keeping it clean. My old cheap faucet lasted longer than this. They refuse to uphold warranty for cheap material and a cheap product. It leaks, has rust and just appalling customer service what a shame.

Within 6 months of installation, the faucet no longer worked - no water sometimes and when there is water, the LED lights that indicate water temperature either don't work or don't indicate the correct temperature. Delta sent a replacement part because it's under warranty, but, of course, that leaves us with a second installation cost in less than a year. Time to look for another option before we spend more on a single faucet than on the entire kitchen update!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement faucet n place. Great pressure too! I went with the manual model since my plumber said 90% of his calls for faucets involve touch or wave features. The handle on this can be operated by your forearm ((like a surgeon) so I don’t even miss the touch mode.

The magnet that holds it has rusted and fell to pieces and now the touch has stopped working. I have changed batteries and gone through the trouble shooting, it just decides when it wants to work and when it doesn't. Disappointed in the reliability especially for this price point. I would avoid this product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gorgeous and very quickly dysfunctional Love the look of this! Installation was fairly straightforward and it functioned fine for the first little while. But within 3 months, the pull-down sprayer head would not retract properly into the main faucet - the inner ?tube? magnet? something was protruding from the main faucet approx 1/4 inch blocking the head from fitting in properly. No amount of pushing or anything would get it to budge, and it just gets grimy and unattractive. Then a few months later, the inside of the sprayer head has corroded entirely. Whole thing lasted exactly 2 years 3 months but these last few months have been terrible. Really disappointing as I love the look of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this faucet I have now owned this faucet about 3 years. I bought the AC Adapter to alleviate the need for changing batteries. It's beautiful! My only issue, which would not stop me from buying again, is that there is quite a long delay in the faucet going from hot/warm to cold water. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase.

I figured it was old no-name batteries that were included. Went out and bought some 6 C-cell batteries, expecting that they might last a year, even though the manual says “up to three years.” Guess what? “Up to three weeks” is more like it. That they sell this without an adapter is criminal, particularly when you consider the cost of the product. Save your money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Breaks consistently First off, I love the design and the functionality when the faucet works. Also Delta has replaced a piece free of charge for us, which we appreciated. Attached is how our spout looked last year. This year, the sink started dripping and the hot water will not run (if turned to hot) to try and repair, we will have to spend another $200 in hopes replacement parts will work. Just very disappointed that after spending so much on what we thought would be a good investment, turns into an aggravating, money sucker. Now considering purchasing a copycat, lesser-known brand at less cost than replacement piece.

We now of 2 of these touch faucets, one for the kitchen sink and one slightly smaller on the island bar sink. We are thinking of a third if I ever get the laundry room reno done. You will get so used to the touch feature that when you walk into use you neighbour's sink you wonder why it doesn't work no matter how many times you tap it. The hose always docks firmly. In 5 years I have only changed the batteries twice.

Does the 9959T-DST faucet have an option for a 1.5gpm aerator to be added?

Hello TSBPlumbing, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Trinsic Bar/Prep 9959T-DST faucet is designed with only a 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI flow rate. There are no other or extra parts for increasing or decreasing the flow rate of this faucet. Best regards, Tanya

Time to replace our existing Delta faucet (had it for 25 years!) - which has a 12&rdquo; high arc. I am worried that the Trinsic 15.5&rdquo; kitchen faucet will be too big. I have an Elkay double sink that is only 9&rdquo; deep on main side and only 7&rdquo; on the smaller.

Model #9959T is leaking above the sink at the spout assembly (rp71655)meets the the retainer(rp60923). What is the repair?

If the faucet is leaking at the spout retainer, we would recommend to replace the hose assembly, since the water travels through the hose assembly, itself. The hose assembly part number is RP80522. Can this model have a higher water flow?

Is it possible to increase the water flow to 2.2gpm?

Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. The aerator on the model 9959T-DST that controls the flow rate is part of the wand assembly and not a separate piece. There is not an option to change out the aerator/wand assembly to a higher flow rate. Thanks, Dave

Can the handle be switched to the left side?

My faucet water flow has slowed to a trickle. How do I fix this?

Hi, Anna! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We recommend to flush the lines and clean the debris screen at your solenoid assembly under the sink. To flush the lines, make sure your handle is in the 'off' position. Disconnect the top hose from your solenoid assembly and point it into a bucket. Turn on the water from your handle and let the water flow through the open hose into the bucket. Does it have adequate flow? Since the hose is disconnected, this is a good time to take the debris screen out of the solenoid. The debris screen is located in the opening of the solenoid where the hose was connected into. Take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the small debris screen out. Clean the debris screen by rinsing it in running water at another faucet in your home since your kitchen faucet will be disconnected. Install it back into the solenoid and connect everything back up. Turn the handle in the off position. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the solenoid. Point the whole solenoid into the bucket. Turn the handle in the 'on' position. Flush the solenoid through.
