Rated 4 out of 5 by from Recommended by My Plumber I had a much more expensive faucet that was not well-made; still new, but it had issues. I contacted my plumber to ask him which brand he recommends. It was Delta, and my last 2 apartments had basic Delta kitchen faucet as well. When the product arrived, I inspected it for metal parts. The body, underneath is brass, the spout is metal too, but the handles, and base are plastic, painted to appear like metal. This is fine the body is more important anyway. The plate that is placed on the sink is plastic. This faucet was very easy to install, and it works perfectly. The side spray looks cheap, it is all white plastic, but a better-looking black and silver one is available. The side spray connects by pushing it onto the nipple, on the body's bottom. No tool was required for this. I would like this better with more metal parts, ceramic valves, and a better looking side spray, but those items would have probably affected the price. Again, the faucet worked perfectly out of the box, and the price was very reasonable, so I'm happy with my purchase.

Looking for model similar to 2400Lf but in stainless steel finish... does that exist in the Delta world?

Is this available with a 12" swing radius spout.

I am looking for a faucet replacement for a 3 tub sink and 9 inches won't cuj it.

can this be used with a portable washing machine?

Dear Deebeey, Thank you for your question. Connecting portable dishwashers to kitchen faucets must be done with care. Yes, a portable dishwasher or filter unit can be attached to the Delta Classic Kitchen 2400LF faucet. It is critically important to use the proper adapter size and gaskets. Not doing so could damage the spout permanently and cause leaks under the deck. The spout has a thread size of 15/16"-27 (female). Best regards, Tanya

Oops... I forgot I also wanted to know if the delta kitchen faucet model number 2400 LF was lead free as well as was it made in the U.S.A  Thanks

The back or bottom of the box will tell you where your specific faucet model was made. Is this, stem and base 100% chrome on brass? If not what are the pieces made from?
