Rated 1 out of 5 by from One of the worst Delta kitchen faucets I've ever purchased! I've always purchased Delta brand kitchen or bath faucets. About a year ago, I purchased and installed the Delta 300-DST from my local Home Depot to replace a leaky American Standard faucet at my parent's home. Now this faucet leaks despite having to finesse the handle to just the right position. If we're not careful, the faucet will continue to leak or drip. Because of my previous trouble-free experience from the other Delta products that I've owned, I've never had to worry about their faucets. I know that Delta has a limited life warranty. However, I wasn't careful to keep the proof of purchase from Home Depot for this faucet. I guess I'm out of luck when I need warranty service. Lesson learned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Integral Spray is a great faucet for kitchen, spray comes in real handy. Requested a replacement part for my old faucet, when part came I couldn't take off bonnet to replace part, contacted my Plumber and he said that old faucet was broken internally purchase a new faucet and had him install it. Contacted Delta, explained what happen and they said send back old faucet and receipt for faucet and plumbers labor. Was given a full refund. What a great company, stands by its product, with no hassles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from worst faucet I've owned A plumber replaced my old faucet with this one a little more than a year ago. I have disliked this faucet since day 1. For some reason this faucet is extremely difficult to get to the "off" position. You need to stand at the sink to make sure you have it correctly positioned. There are many times I will find the water running. You need to turn the water back on then off again trying to get the handle back to the correct off position. I have had plenty single handle models and never had this problem. I would NOT recommend this product and I wish I had another model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice faucet but very poor water flow The faucet was a breeze to install unlike my older (8 years old) Delta faucet. I like the idea of the PEX water lines and snap-in spray adapter. However, the water flow is horrible. It is less than half of my previous Delta faucet which makes it hard to wash dishes (yes, some of us do not have dishwashers). It also "moans" during operation. The box should have been clearly marked as "water saver". If it had been, I never would have bought it. I don't understand this idea of "water saving". I still have to fill up my sink to wash dishes - it just takes twice as long. And rinsing dishes takes longer at the reduced water flow.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice features, installation could be made easier This faucet is all plastic, so the initial concern was breaking something or damaging the finish. To securely install the faucet from sliding around at the base, a rubber washer (not provided) was added between the underside of the sink and nut, and clear silicone sealer (not provided) was added to the plastic gasket between the sink and faucet base. The plastic cold and hot water supply hoses are flexible and did not need to cut to a new length (a wide U-shaped bend worked fine). The installation was solid, no leaks, water flow is easy to control and quiet, the integral sprayer is a plus, and the finish appears durable. Overall, a nice faucet for a change in decor without a high cost. The fact that it is all plastic should not be a significant concern.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great faucet at a great price. I needed a replacement for my old kitchen faucet which had started falling apart. Instead of repairing it I decided to look for a better replacement. I choose the 300-DST because of it's good looks and the high rise of the faucet. The spray head was also a selling point. It has been in use for 2 years now and has not leaked and the chrome finish is still bright and shiny. I would definitely recommend this kitchen faucet to anyone searching for a reliable and good looking addition to their kitchen.

REMOVABLE TIPS FOR RP51503 PART

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP51503 may be stuck on due to mineral deposits. We recommend wrapping a towel soaked in a 50/50 solution of white vineager and cold water around the bonnet and letting it soak overnight. It will dissolve the mineral deposits. You can also try using a strap wrench to remove it.

Can the Delta 300-DST be mounted without the escutcheon? I want to mount it on a new quartz countertop.

Similar style to replace current broken faucet in nickle

We have options in a similar 3-hole with side sprayer style, but in chrome, unfortunately, not in our brushed stainless finish. See 340-DST and B3310LF.
