Rated 1 out of 5 by from very difficult to use I bought this for a laundry sink and thought this was the same linden faucet I had bought for my guest house kitchen sink. I was very disappointed in the quality, the detachable head is much too big and very bulky, it does not click back into place when you pull out to use sprayer function and the knob for sprayer function is awkward. the box looked like it was a returned product and unfortunately the plumber installed before I realized this was not a good faucet at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleek appearance & smooth movements Our plumber has always advised to buy Delta products when ever possible. This faucet with soap dispenser meet all our needs for look and lifetime warranty. It is taller than my ideal preference but after filling a large pot, I'm glad for the extra clearance. Every moving part is smooth and the sprayer head retreats into the spout effortlessly. I highly recommend this faucet after using it for a month now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just the right height for us. we have a small cabinet over the sink and most of the new faucets are highly arched. this one is perfect height . my husband had no trouble installing it and it looks great with our european style modern cabinets. oiled bronze finish matches our hardware. water flows are exceptional also. love love love it.

It stands higher giving more room to clean large pots, etc. The pull out sprayer works well albeit, I wish it would secure back in easier with out having to push it too make it flush again. The 3 spray modes saves water and lets you get that extra flow and pressure when needed. Very Pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Look I bought this faucet to match its "big brother" (the same larger model with the on/off sensor), plus I needed the smaller version for a smaller island sink. It is very solid quality and construction. Clean stream and not sloppy when switching to spray. I do agree with some of the other comments about the sprayer head not being magnetic when put back into position. It is a little cumbersom, but not a big deal. Overall I love the look and finish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet so far The arc is just perfect. The other brand I looked at would have been way too high to look right. This reaches out into my new sink just right. Not too high and not too far into the sink. The pull out handle feels rather cheap (I believe it is made from different material), but it pulls out easily. I especially love the feature that lets me push a button and the water flow increases.

I would think that it should be reversible. After a while we got used to it. Also wish that the spray would automatically change to stream when you turn it off. Other than that, I like it very much. It seems well made, look great, and handle holds securely.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Clean, Sleek Design Order was promptly shipped and it now installed. Our installation was done by a plumber so I cannot speak to the ease of installation. I love the clean, sleek design that is easy to use and clean. Water flow is strong. Pull out is a bit cumbersome, but we choose this design so the pullout faucet wouldn't "sag" down as our other one did. Very pleased with this purchase and with the price. We've had it for about 1 month now.

We were tired of cleaning around 5 objects on our sink deck (soap dispenser, main spout, on/off handle, RO faucet, sprayer). We selected the Delta Cassidy, single handle pull-down model. Now only have the Cassidy and the RO Faucet. Much cleaner look, too with only 2 objects instead of 5. Love the magnetic docking feature on the pull-down head and the high arch to clear those large pans. It's a great kitchen faucet!!

However, the third button was to stop the flow of water to make the pull out feature even more useful. However, the third button does not stop the flow of water, but simply changes the flow from shower to stream. Not nearly as useful to me. Bummed. I had the faucet replaced once, thinking it just didn't work, but the replacement didn't work either.

The shipping was very fast and now that the faucet is in-we love it! It looks beautiful with our new counter tops and sink and functions perfectly. It has a sleek design that is not too tall, but allows for tall pots to be filled with ease.

I was a little concerned with the bronze color not matching other items in the kitchen but it looks great. Gave it 4 stars because we originally received a damaged faucet and it was replaced. The process to replace it was very efficient.

I wish this faucet (that my kitchen remodeler recommended) had a button to turn on/off the flow of the water on the pull out handle. My previous (non Delta) faucet had this. You turned the water on like you normally would, could press the button on the pull out handle to stop the flow of water, move the faucet handle to where you wanted it, (like to fill a pot that doesn't fit in your sink and had to be filled on the counter) press the button and you have water!! More convenient than having to use the faucet on/off handle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good faucet. It could be awesome, if... This is a good faucet, great finish, I opted for Stainless. It could be nearly perfect if, the manufacturer would have used the magnetic lock, instead of the less effective pressure fit on the pull-out spray handle. Installation is not difficult, if you have a magnifying glass handy to read the extremely small print, and have finally determined which instruction applies to your model; the instructions are completely convoluted and show multiple models. Don't tell me how to build a watch when I just asked what the time was............

Sprayer Clogged

My 4153-RB-DST has a partially clogged sprayer which causes the sprayer to spray water in various directions, especially toward the user! How do I clean it out?

Hi wyealbert, Thank you for your question. The wand on your model 4153-RB-DST is equipped with our touch clean system on the spray pattern holes. Simply wipe you finger across the rubber nubbins to clean. To clean the entire wand we recommend soaking the wand in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to help break up any mineral build up. Make sure to rinse the wand when finished. Thanks, Dave

Can the handle of this facet be installed on the left hand side instead of the right?

Hi, Donnaflowers! Thank you for your question. We recommend installing this faucet with the handle on the right. You may install the faucet with the handle on the left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature. If the water is running with on spray, will it remain on spray when the water is turned off and then back on? I have seen other pullout faucets that revert to stream when the water is turned off and then back on.

Is the Arctic Stainless a brushed nickel finish?

what is the difference between models 4153-AR-DST and 4153-DST? also, I need a pull-down kitchen faucet that is less than 15" maximum height. Suggestions, please.

Thank you for your question, anne38! The model 4153-DST is Chrome and 4153-AR-DST has the Arctic Stainless finish. The top of the spout is 12 5/16" above the deck surface. All of our current pull-out models are under 15" tall. Can I use this faucet on top of Formica and mounted off of the sink?

Will the cover plate be sufficient in protecting my countertop from water damage?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4153-DST has a maximum deck thickness of 2 1/2 inches. The escutcheon plate will protect the sink from water underneath the escutcheon plate.
