Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant and durable faucet This is an elegant addition to my kitchen that I’m absolutely thrilled with. The spray has two different settings for a standard faucet or a multi-spray that can blast any food remnants off your dishes. This is a very sturdy faucet and the pull-out sprayer extends and retracts smoothly. My old separate sprayer would get stuck and needed coaxing to get back in its spot, so I appreciate how easy this is to use! The design is simple and elegant, and will fit in with a lot of different styles. I have an original mid-century kitchen and it fits right in, but would look equally seamless in a modern space. The set-up is pretty straightforward, but the instructions cover a few different models in one guide, so finding the appropriate steps can take a minute. I was able to install it myself in under an hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Faucet! I’ve been really happy with my Delta Trinsic Pull-Out Faucet in Chrome. The design is sleek and modern, and the chrome finish still shines beautifully after daily use. The pull-out sprayer feels smooth and secure, and I like that it never sags thanks to the docking system. Cleaning is easy with the Touch-Clean spray holes—just a quick wipe and any buildup is gone. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciated not needing special tools to get it working. Overall, it’s been a stylish, reliable faucet that makes my kitchen feel more polished and functional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves one's back - no more bending over the sink. This is the rare pull out faucet that extends into the sink "Spout Reach 9.25 in." thus preventing back aches from leaning in to have bowls, vegetables, etc. to be directly under the stream of water.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I absolutely love this design. We have had a separate sprayer for such a long time and hated it, so this is refreshing! I love that I can put a large pot in the sink and there is clearance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10/10 I was so excited to receive this item. It is the perfect way to refresh your kitchen. It looks beautiful and works awesome. I didn’t realize that I didn’t have great water pressure until I got this new faucet. It felt like my water pressure got a lot better. It looks beautiful, cleans easily and was absolutely a breeze to install truly anybody could do it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sleek design, learning curve installation, great p Ok, it's a beautiful faucet. Sleek design, the ability to change the spray of water, the chrome, etc. On closer inspection, only part of it is chrome and another section is a chrome coated plastic. Installation was a little bit difficult bc I received the wrong instructions, and I needed to purchase the metal plates to cover up the 2 additional holes in the sink. If you had separate knobs for cold/hot then you should understand what you have to do when installing a faucet where it's all contained in 1 device. But once installed it works beautifully and looks very chic. It modernizes any set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very pretty faucet This kitchen faucet was super easy to install! It didn’t come very well packaged though which I was kind of surprised about for the cost of the faucet. The design is sleek and easy to use for a hard to reach cleaning areas. The water pressure is great like any other faucet sprayer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I recommend Delta. I received this Delta single-handle kitchen/bar faucet complimentary for testing purposes, and I’m so excited to try it! It came beautifully packaged with all the parts and a clear instruction manual. The chrome finish looks sleek and modern, and the build feels very sturdy and high-quality. I haven’t installed it yet, but I’m planning to do it soon, and I can already tell it will be a great upgrade for my kitchen. Can’t wait to see how it performs!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed after 2 years We purchased this faucet in Feb 2020 but didn't install it for about a year. I'm assuming some or all of the o-rings have failed as water leaks out of every seam on the post. Probably could be repaired but I don't want to deal with it. It is nice looking!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good faucet, hard to center.... nice simple faucet, either I missed it in the instructions, or the logical placement of the Delta logo threw me off, but it took two tries and some temporary markings to make sure the faucet rotation range was centered on the sink.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta Trinsic 4159-DST Kitchen Faucet I have been in my house since June 2017 which I purchased new. I am having to replace the pull out hose for the third time. This time the rubber O ring for whatever reason has expanded making it difficult to push the sprayer back into the faucet housing. The instructions to replace the hose are poorly written. I generally can make what I would call a simple repair, however in this instance I have had to call out a plumber to repair. I have had a number of pull out faucets over the years and the Delta Trinsic is not a faucet I would ever purchase or recommend anyone else to purchase. To Delta's credit they have been most accommodating in sending me new hoses..

Q&A

For single hole install in granite, what diameter hole should be drilled?

Asked by: Sadia Keen
Thank you for your question, Sadia. We recommend having a hole size of 1 1/4" to 1 1/2". Please refer to the Technical Specifications for more information. https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-4159-DST%20Rev%20C.pdf Best regards, Jon

Can the flow restriction device be removed to allow for greater than 1.8 GPM?

Please describe the nature of the spray feature. Will it remain "on" after the water is turned "off" and then when the water is turned back on will it remain in "spray" mode? Can you describe the Arctic Stainless finish?
Asked by: skyguy
Hi skyguy, Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4159-AR-DST has a 1.8 gpm at 60 psi which is the highest water flow allowed by current legislation. We do not recommend taking out the flow restrictor and it will void the warranty if it is removed. When the wand is switched from spray to stream, it will stay in this mode until it is switched back whether the faucet is on or off. The Artic Stainless finish is closely related to the stainless steel finish of appliances that are out in the market today. Compared to our Stainless Steel finish, it has a bluer tint where the Stainless Steel has a golder tone.

I heard that the warrantee from home depot is not the same as the warrantee from Ferguson. That the repair parts from Ferguson or Josco will not fit in a HD faucet of the same model . that there innards are different. Is this true?

Asked by: Mara
Hi, Mara! Thank you for your question. We appreciate your interest in Delta faucets. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. However, the quality of all Delta faucets is the same. The warranty is the same as well. Here is a link to the warranty breakdown: https://www.deltafaucet.com/service-parts/warranty Best Regards, Rosanna

cleaning & durability

I just got this faucet and see that the pullout spray hose is a braided, black fabric looking material. What is the material, and how durable is it versus braided stainless steel or the old style metal hoses? Also, how do you clean this surface - I am afraid it will hold lint from towels or paper towels. Thanks.
Asked by: Rose
Hi Rose, Thank you for your question. The hose has a braided nylon covering. The hose assembly is built to last, will not rust/corrode, and is quieter to pull out than metal coil hoses. It can be cleaned with a cloth or rag and a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Best regards, Jon

Is there any way to reduce the pressure on the faucet?

When we turn on the faucet, water sprays everywhere. Less so if it is on stream, but a lot if on spray.
Asked by: Jess
Hi Jess, Thank you for your question. We measure the water output by flow rate. You can reduce the flow rate from 1.8 to 1.5 gallons per minute using the RP61607 adapter between the hose and the faucet. This should help reduce any splashing. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP61607 Best regards, Jon
