Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty on many issues - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT I purchased this faucet for over $700 CAD in 2016. It worked fine for the first 6 months and then the 1) water pressure became less and the plastic strainer fell out and was broken in pieces - but at least the pressure returned. Next when changing the water stream type by pushing the button under the faucet, it would 2) leak through the buttons and it became difficult to push them to change back from one to the other. 3) Not long after the wand wouldn't return easily and lock into the faucet unless it has warmed up with hot water - most times it just sits partially in. And finally, 4) the faucet won't stay in position in one side of the sink or the other (right to left) - it is too tight or loose on any given day. This is an expensive product that is garbage. I would not recommend to anyone.

Delta customer service has been very accommodating but unless they fix this design flaw, they will be replacing the hose again. I just replaced it about 2 months ago and it has already broken and is hanging over my sink. I love the design, but it is truly disfunctional!! So sorry I purchased this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from leaky faucet and Delta will not honor the damages Our hose and wand became disconnected, as the coupling is some cheap plastic product that shrinks and swells with either cold or hot water running through it. It was hard to replace the wand from the get-go, but not impossible, so we did not formally complain; we just worked with it by running hot water through it before putting it back in the spout. A year and a half or so after we had it professionally installed, it failed and leaked water under the cabinet and down into the first floor without our knowledge. Delta refused to make good on any of the documented repairs relating to this failure, about $800.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stay clear of this faucet This faucet would loosen up and I would have to get under the sink and tighten it up. The pull out spigot had issues when you went to put it back, had to put silicon on it to dock in all the way, rotating from sink to it would bind and would loosen again. I finally purchased another faucet. I will use this for my outdoor sink, but now it needs the main tube that goes to spigot, down into the sink hole and I don't see it as a replacement part. Disappointed in this units reliability.

I prefer a top mounted handle as opposed to side mounted. Installation was quick and easy and the performance is fantastic. I added the soap dispenser as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECT SIZE [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the hunt for a faucet that first and foremost was not too large or overbearing, like some of the goose neck pull down ones can be. This faucet is just right...sleek, functional, and high enough to get big pots under but not too much in your face. My only complaints are that is does not rotate 180*, just 120*, and it doesn't really pull back in itself when using the sprayer, but perhaps that can be adjusted? We have to straighten the hose and really guide and push it back in its place. Overall though we love this faucet and I am very happy with it!

But when I saw this faucet I knew it was perfect! It's modern, has a low profile and the pullout is perfect for our oversized sink. And it's easy to turn on and change temperature without using your hands when your hands are full of batter, etc. Sleek design makes it easy to clean and the brushed finish doesn't show fingerprints. In all it looks and performs great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this faucet I replaced a Kohler Coralais, which I hated. This faucet has a great look and smaller head with great pressure. Didn't even have to remove the restrictor! So happy with this faucet. I reviewed the Coralais as well. It has so many positive reviews, I don't get it myself, but different strokes I guess. This faucet costs a little more but is so much better than the Kohler. I have it in black, but I'm sure it's just as nice in the other finishes.

It looks very nice and seems to work well--good water pressure and the pull out is easy to use and replace (though it feels a little light). I like that you can press buttons for different spray functions. Overall, happy with the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from would not recommend The design of this faucet is atrocious and has serious flaws. I have this brand of faucet installed in my new home (less than 1-year-old). When you pull out the faucet handle, there is a small silver part (the sprayer nut) which can LOOSEN, causing water to spray out of this joint. If your faucet handle is not pulled out, you will never see water coming out of this piece. This water will then pour down the neck of the faucet and leak out of the bottom of your sink. This happened to me, and has caused extensive water damage to my entire kitchen island. I spoke to my building representative and they said they've had 2 incidents of this loose nut out of 56 homes, which gives you an indication of how often this happens. It's unfathomable to me that the designers of this faucet could even allow the possibility of a situation where water doesn't drain properly. Don't waste your money, don't buy this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Kitchen Faucet I installed this faucet a week ago and have been very satisfied with it. Installation was easy and there were very few parts required to do it. I like the water pressure in both the standard and shower spray patterns. Both water patterns are much tighter than I had with the Blanco it replaced. I also like it that the spray will stay in the mode selected until you press the buttons to change it (It stays in the mode last selected even when the water is turned off and back on). The rubberized aerator allowing mineral buildup to be removed easily is a nice feature. The one it replaced had a hard plastic one that made it difficult/impossible to remove mineral scale. The spray pull-out seats into the host tube by a press fit between a plastic sleeve inside the host tube and a plastic barrel on the wand and seems to be positive and solid enough so far. I am also happy with the valve action itself as it operates smoothly within its range of motion (it does not stick or have any jerkiness due to having to overcome a higher friction before it starts moving) and it also has good closure without any drips when it is fully off. Overall, I am very happy with this faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the design, but drips After having the tap installed for 3 - 4 months, it started to drip when switching between normal and the sprayer. It does NOT drip when the tap is turned off, just while using it and switching between the two options. I love the design, goes well with the rest of the kitchen, just not happy with the drip.

Is there any way to reduce the pressure on the faucet?

When we turn on the faucet, water sprays everywhere. Less so if it is on stream, but a lot if on spray.

Hi Jess, Thank you for your question. We measure the water output by flow rate. You can reduce the flow rate from 1.8 to 1.5 gallons per minute using the RP61607 adapter between the hose and the faucet. Are there any durability/cleaning issues with the black finish?

Have experienced some wear on very high end black finishes on hardware - which prompts the concern.

Hi Potzer, Thank you for your question! Below is the cleaning and care information for our products: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik® All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust, and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Can you install a water filter to this faucet? One of the screw on types. If so, how do you remove the aerator to install this?

Is the 4159 made in the USA?

I saw verbiage stating all diamond seal faucets are made in the USA but I don't see the 4159 on the Made in USA white paper.
