The adjustable flow control for spray or stream is easy to use and the pull out extension is secure and versatile. My source for this faucet was a local plumbing contractor so the cost was quite expensive. Had it professionally installed and everything works great.

I received a new faucet after 12 years on the first warranty and a replacement part for a warranty repair on the second faucet. I decided to get a brand new 470-DST faucet and pay for it's installation rather than installation of the part. I'll keep the part. The faucets are quality, well priced and the design works well in many kitchens. I recommend this faucet. Hard to get Chrome finish in Calif so I was lucky to find one.

Are the InnoFlex lines and rubber spray nodules latex free? Is there any natural rubber latex washers or parts? Critical for latex allergy. Thank you.

However, because thermoplastic rubber (which is a physical mix of polymers) is used in some of the products, we can’t guarantee that there is no Latex contained in those products. Use of thermoplastic rubber in these kinds of applications is common. We understand that some individuals have a severe allergic reaction to Latex. We can’t guarantee that there is no Latex present in the material. However, we do not specify the use of Latex material. Low water flow through sprayer head. Took off sprayer and there's plenty of flow from hose. I cleaned the aerator and still bad flow through sprayer. Could there be a problem with the backflow built in the spray head? What can be done for bad backflow?

How high above the countertop is the faucet? (That is, what is the height of the fixture?)

No cold water coming out.  Hot water side is good.  I replaced the cartridge with no successful results .  Is there another replacement part underneath the top cartridge?

Hi Greg, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the SIGNATURE® Pull-Out Water-Efficient Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 470-WE-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. My faucet was installed in 2006 when house was built. It looks like the signature faucet but the hose is covered in chrome rings. I love this faucet but it is dripping water and I don't know why. How can I tell why?

I am sorry to hear that your Signature® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 470-DST is leaking, which can be very frustrating. I am so glad that you contacted us, so we can get this taken care of for you! Leaking can be caused by debris, we would recommend flushing. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. If the faucet is still leaking, then we would recommend the cartridge. I have a 470SS model without soap dispenser since 2003.  The faucet leaks from under the handle and also from the spout outlet. I can only refer on your website to the 470SS DST model for new parts. Should you send me the RP 50587 valve cartridge?

Hi Sugro, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 470-DST. The aerator is unscrewed counterclockwise when looking up at the aerator. If the faucet was made after 2/2014, it includes a plastic wrench to help remove the aerator. A replacement aerator and wrench are available as part number RP76076. I have a model 470- DST installed 2015 the handle when in open position the water is directed in a wide pattern.can I get just a handle that would fit my model? I had a faucet replaced in 2011 and 2015. Same model. No charge.

My faucet drips unless I find the specific spot to stop it from flowing.  It is also leaking from the space between the handle and the base. How do I fix this?  I’ve got this model I believe, in the stainless (not the Arctic stainless).
