The adjustable flow control for spray or stream is easy to use and the pull out extension is secure and versatile. My source for this faucet was a local plumbing contractor so the cost was quite expensive. Had it professionally installed and everything works great.

I received a new faucet after 12 years on the first warranty and a replacement part for a warranty repair on the second faucet. I decided to get a brand new 470-DST faucet and pay for it's installation rather than installation of the part. I'll keep the part. The faucets are quality, well priced and the design works well in many kitchens. I recommend this faucet. Hard to get Chrome finish in Calif so I was lucky to find one.

I'm trying to replace the RP50389AR Escutcheon and Gasket for Model #470-AR-DST, and fix the swivel and hose that's not moving. I cannot find any instructions on uninstalling/disassembling the faucet to do so. Where can I find a video or instructions?

Thanks you sent me the rp50587 replacement part. But now i can.t loosen the screw that keeps the handle on. It looks like it is cemented in. HELPP

Over time the set screw can become tight due to mineral build-up or calcium deposits, we would recommend soaking a rag in 50/50 vinegar and water then wrapping around the handle to cover the screws. Does 470-AR-DST come with the single hole mounting hardware? I do not want the wide flange mount. Your installation instructions via your web site suggests that both mountings are available. Do I have to specify which mounting system when ordering?

How do I install a new single handle cartridge in a kitchen sink faucet, 470-DST?

Hello Jimmy, Thank you for your question! I am happy to assist you! The Delta Faucet model 470-DST cartridge can be replaced by loosening the handle screw to allow for removal and using a strap wrench to remove the brass bonnet nut on the valve. Are the “gpm” of Delta 470 and 472 the same?  How does the gpm effect water coming out of the faucet? What does the “loop” handle look like on the 472?  Is it an open loop?

Is Delta's single handle pull-out kitchen faucet in matte black (model # 470-BL-DST) sprayer wand exterior, that you hold on to, metal or plastic? Is its' long, attached hose a mesh/woven nylon/plastic-ish type or segmented metal?

I see you have a lifetime guarantee on the faucet.  A plumber advises ours needs a new cartridge.  It has been difficult to make sure it shuts off and doesn't keep running.  Will you send us a replacement cartridge?

For Model 470-SS Is there a method to clean the spray head of this faucet? When switching from straight stream to spray and then back to straight stream it does not make the switch completely. It remains partly on spray.
