Touch it on. Touch it off. Whether you have two full hands or 10 messy fingers, Delta® Touch2O® Technology helps keep your faucet clean, even when your hands aren’t. A simple touch anywhere on the spout or handle with your wrist or forearm activates the flow of water at the temperature where your handle is set. The Delta TempSense™ LED light changes color to alert you to the water’s temperature and eliminate any possible surprises or discomfort. Delta® MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your faucet spray wand precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. Delta® faucets with DIAMOND™ Seal Technology perform like new for life with a patented design which reduces leak points, is less hassle to install and lasts twice as long as the industry standard*. Kitchen faucets with Touch-Clean® Spray Holes allow you to easily wipe away calcium and lime build-up with the touch of a finger. You can install with confidence, knowing that Delta faucets are backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty. Electronic parts are backed by our 5-year electronic parts warranty. *Industry standard is based on ASME A112.18.1 of 500,000 cycles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Touch feature doesn’t work Replaced a Blanco faucet with this and the touch feature has never worked properly. Annoying since it was the reason we choose this faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sporadic problems! I bought this faucet 8 months ago when we built a new home. It worked pretty well (not perfect) for 3-4 months and then started having issues all the time. It turns on and immediately shuts off, sometimes it won’t turn on at all and I have to wait. It’s extremely annoying. I disconnected the touch feature to keep my sanity but wish there was a fix because I love it when it works right.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from touch feature is unreliable don't buy this after repeatedly changing batteries multiple times over 3 years, the feature either didn't work or worked sporatically. Now there is a leak inside the faucet that our plumber says cannot be repaired. the Delta warranty representative was rude on the phone and said my plumber was wrong that only a cartridge needed replacing. the plumber had just seen the fixture in person and said was not the case. i finally called the plumbing supply where i bought all the Delta fixtures and they are handling the replacement directly with their Delta rep. Lots of hassle and plumber cost for a fixture that is poorly engineered. I am getting the exact same faucet again WITHOUT the touch feature. The fixture looks great, the pull down sprayer is nice and its easy to clean ....but no more touch features for us. I would have suffered thru the touch feature unreliability....but leaking inside the fixture onto my floors is the last straw.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from After 2 years not working correctly I have been so happy with this faucet for 2 years. Now it isnt responding to touch and I have changed the batteries twice thinking maybe I just had a bad batch of batteries.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from still works great I bought this faucet when we redid our kitchen 1 1/2 years ago. I love this faucet and it works just as well today as when it was installed. It did develop a squeak 6 months in when it was being turned side to side, but that was easily fixed when a plumber, here for another reason, put some lubricant product on it. I so miss this faucet when I visit other places, reaching up to tap on / off during food prep. Attractive, easy to clean, dependable, and magnetic piece holds sprayer in place perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet! I bought this a year ago. We absolutely love the faucet sleek and modern look. We are enjoying the touchless feature and the way it has been working. I would recommend this product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great when it works Purchased it for our new home, the touch function stopped working after a year. Here are things I tried: 1. Replace battery 2. Use Delta Faucet A/C Power Supply Adapter for Delta Touch Kitchen Sink Faucets with Touch2O Technology EP73954 3. Unplug and replug all the connection Nothing works, the led light worked normally as a temperature indicator, I can still hear a clicking sound from the valve when I touch the faucet, but it fail to turn the water on or off.

I usually wash with the spray setting toggled on. Does the spray setting stay on when you touch the faucet off and on, or does it revert to stream?

Asked by: Stewart
Hi Stewart, Thank you for your question! The wand will stay in the same setting when the water is turned off and on. Best regards, Jon

Can the handle of be mounted in any position?

In our particular application, the faucet is very close to the backsplash area. I fear that normal right side mount Will not provide sufficient space to turn the lever to cold water. I would like to mount the handle facing forward.
Asked by: Bill
Hi Bill, Thank you for your question. The faucet is only designed for the handle to be installed on the right side. However, the handle does not move backward past the upright position. Best regards, Jon

can the on/off handle be set up on the left side?

Asked by: tl2892
Hi, Tl2892. Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the Delta 9159T-AR-DST with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature. Best Regards, Rosanna

Can the handle be mounted on the LEFT

I currently have a kitchen faucet with a detached handle mounted in a hole 4" to the right of the faucet. I'm looking to replace this setup with a single handle kitchen faucet that will let me mount the handle on the LEFT side so I can use the existing hole 4" on the right for a filtered water dispenser. Questions: 1) Will this faucet let me mount the handle on the left? 2) Is there anything related to mounting the faucet that will interfere with my re-use of the hole 4" to the right of the faucet?
Asked by: Dr. Horse Jumper
Hi Dr. Horse Jumper, Thank you for your question. The faucet is designed for the handle to be installed on the right. Unfortunately, installing it on the left will cause the handle to rotate backwards, and the LED light will not be visible. Best regards, Jon
