Rated 2 out of 5 by from Developed a constant drip This faucet was professionally installed 6 months ago in a kitchen renovation. It has worked flawlessly until now. A constant drip whenever the touch feature is used to turn it off. I hope this isn't the norm!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest invention in eons! We just remodeled our kitchen I had a Touch 20 faucet installed. It is amazing, I love everything about it. After reading the reviews I still went with this faucet. I'm hoping mine doesn't fail. But for now the honeymoon is on. No more water around the faucet because of the touch on and off feature, there is even an "automatic" shut off if it thinks it has been running too long. Incredible! Very quite, and not only looks beautiful but WORKS beautifully. Must have one for the bathroom. Thank you Delta design team!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Idea, Decent Execution It's going to take time to get used to a faucet that turns on with a touch. It looks great. There isn't a flow limiter that can be removed to increase gpm/power. The faucet has spontaneously turned on and off without being touched; I need to look into adjusting the sensitivity. The battery compartment has popped open, the design isn't perfect. I use rubber bands to keep it shut. The faucet won't work if there aren't working batteries.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stopped working I have had mine for a year now. It worked perfectly up until now. It was installed professionally trust me! I have had to replace the batteries once so no big deal there. I am going to call tomorrow to see what I can do about it not working properly now. Honestly I remember thinking when we picked it out, that the more gadgets something has..... the more that can break.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from it drips! I had the faucet professionally installed in June (2017) to replace an older Moen kitchen faucet that was about 14 years old. The new one worked perfectly for several months however it has recently start to drip a little when turned off with the 'touch feature'. It is a slow but annoying drip, drip, drip so I have to use the valve to stop the flow. It seams like there might be a simple fix for this problem but I am at a loss. I'm bummed out...not excited about replacing this faucet, but unless it works like before....I'll be shopping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Timeless look, works flawlessly I was a bit concerned because some reviewers had said it goes on/off for no reason, or stopped working. Ours was professionally installed and we've not had any problems with it at all. It's wonderful for working in the kitchen, where your hands are often dirty or wet, to just be able to touch the faucet with the side of your hand or wrist. We also love the look of it - it will go with any decor and not look out of date in a few years. We're very happy with this purchase.

I purchased a new home with this kitchen faucet.  I looked at the booklet and there is very little to explain the hows or whys of the faucet.  Do you have any literature that explains the purpose, function, and expectation of this faucet?

Can I disable the "auto off" feature?

Our sink which has the Delta Faucet is located on an outside wall. As the temperatures plummet this winter, we would like to leave this Faucet on a slow drip overnight. The StartUp Guide has no information on how we might temporarily disable the "auto off" feature so that we can keep water moving through the pipes during periods of frigid temperatures.
Asked by: CFaivre
Hi CFaivre, Thank you for your question. The auto shut off is a safety feature of our touch faucets. To turn off the auto shut-off, you would need to fully remove the solenoid assembly. Best regards, Tanya

My faucet won't turn completely off when using the touch feature. How can this be fixed?

The touch feature works fine when turning on the faucet. But, last week the faucet continues to allow a small stream of water when I use the touch feature. It's more than just a drip. It will turn completely off when I use the handle. The faucet is about 1 year old.
Asked by: Jeff
Hi, Jeff. Thank you for your question, and I am sorry that you are experiencing a leak from your faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps. 1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position. 2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip. 3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid. 4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps. Best Regards, Rosanna

Asked by: alibaba
Hi, Alibaba! Thank you for your question. The faucet has a 1.8 GPM sprayer head. This is the only available sprayer for the 9159T-DST faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

I cannot get my faucet to turn on with the touch feature and yes I'm sure I have the faucet with the touch feature. Can you please tell me how?

My faucet will not turn on with the touch feature. All my batteries are working. But it won't come on when I touch it in the off position. Also, sometimes the water won't come on at all. Why is that?
Asked by: HeHe
Dear HeHe, Thank you for your question! The handle of the Delta Trinsic Pull-Down Kitchen 9159T-DST faucet has to be in the open/on position to engage the touch feature. Best regards, Tanya
