Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I replaced this faucet with a new one when the last had issues (over 11 years old). The convenience of the touch faucet is undeniable and when you use a faucet that is different you will find your self tapping it to no avail. Other the issue of the high cost I would put them at every sink.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The quality of this faucet is terrible. We have changed the battery at least 6 times in the last 18 months and now it's just not working at all. Not worth the trouble to have the touch activation or sensor if they don't work properly. Very frustrated customer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful but... I absolutely love the look of this but less than two months in, it started intermittently leaking from the spray nozzle. I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Magnetic ring detached and broke. Hi, is an excellent product, I would like to know if you sell the magnetic ring, is not on your parts list. Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

We are on an acreage with a well. The water pressure varies from 30 psi to 60 psi. We find that our "Deck FCT Trinsic touch 20" has very low water flow. Is there any type of flow restrictor that can be removed to improve flow? The tap is clean.

Asked by: Jbrent
Hello Jbrent, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the low flow you are experiencing with your Delta faucet and I am happy to assist you! We thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We do not recommend removing the flow restrictor from the Delta Faucet model 9159T-AR-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology wand assembly and there is not a removable aerator. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. Please contact us back directly via email with any further questions. Best Regards, Skyler

My faucet is not providing hot water. Have removed touch feature 2 years ago. I am down to thinking the check valve is defective. I just replaced Delta valve at handle. Tried to clear lines and received drip from hot water service line. Check valve?

Asked by: Mike
Hello Mike, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Low flow is caused by blockage or debris, we recommend cleaning the bottom of the cartridge and puck with a soft cloth. Also we would recommend flushing, to flush the unit see the following. Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole

I have the Delta 9159T AR DST with H2O touch technology. Just encountered very low water pressure today...only this faucet. How can I repair? Please advise.

Asked by: EricS
Hello EricS, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! The low flow your experiencing with our Delta Faucet TRINSIC® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology MODEL#: 9159T-AR-DST appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the pex supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water on to the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Thank you for being a loyal Delta customer. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole
