Fabulous Faucet
The faucet is beautiful and user friendly. Love the way you can switch the water flow in mid stream. Price was great, I saved @ $70.00 compared with the same faucet at a bath and kitchen store. Couldn't find this faucet at the big box supply stores. My plumber said this was a great faucet!

Very pleased
We are very pleased with our purchase. We received in just a couple of days, and it was a very easy installation. The finish is perfect. The only problem I sometimes have is that the length of the hose will get wrapped around a pipe and keep it from recoiling. That isnt an issue with the faucet, but with the design of our pipes.

I am so pleased with my new Delta 9178-DST Leland Pullout Spray Kitchen Faucet, which I purchased recently to replace another Delta faucet installed just a few years ago. This one operates smoothly (my first one, a different model, didn't), and I think it's an attractive addition to my fairly small kitchen. So far no problems at all. Love it!!

Great product !
Couldn't be happier. This is the second model like this that I've installed as a lay person. The spray head comes apart for cleaning. This will never leak at the swivel point because all water is encased in the interior braided hose. If you're installing this on a stainless sink, make sure you order the extra support that goes underneath. It's free from Delta.
I've had Moen and American Standard and they can't compare.

Leland Pullout Spray Kitchen Faucet
This faucet works great! We replaced our 6 month old Kraus faucet after it began leaking a short time after purchase. We love the arctic stainless color, bright and clean looking. I would highly recommend this faucet to others for it's clean, simple look and high functionality. Love the lock tight magnet.

Satisfied with this faucet. The water flow is smooth in both spray and flow position. The MagnaTite could have been more stronger, one needs to retract the pull-out very near to the faucet mouth ( around 1/3 of an inch) before the magnetism pulls it in position. Overall a very good buy.

Just what I wanted for new sink
We love this new faucet for our sink. It is a deep sink (double) and the spray is especially great to reach both sides. Easy to turn on and off with the one handle. Great for placing large pans in the sink and filling up with water. We did the three-hole mount; not sure if really needed. Very stable, however, to move around.

Magnatite Docking works great
This faucet looks great and operates flawlessly. The magnetic docking makes using the sprayer a breeze and it's always right back where it's supposed to be. Our installer suggested mounting it with the handle pointing straight forward, rather than to the right at a 90-degree angle as it's pictured, and that was a great call. Wet hands drip in the sink instead of on the back of the counter when operating, and it's easy to right with your right or left hand.

Faucet feels sturdy and well built. The pull out head doesn't feel flimsy, not to mention it attaches back magnetically so it goes in secure. The handle operates well. Overall, a great faucet.
Let's see how it handles the test of time. I'm using it for my backyard BBQ sink.

This item turned out not to be what I wanted. I thought I was ordering the Touch 20 system. Had the greatest person helping me with returning this item for the one I needed/wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to reorder this faucet as it is very beautiful (venetian bronze is great) and I'm sure it would have worked well.

Bad Venetian Bronze Finish
I was very disappointed with the venetian bronze finish on this faucet. It looked like someone took a wire brush to add wear marks all over the faucte. I also bought an R.O. Faucet from Newport Brass in supposedly the same finish, which looked beautiful. It was a deep brown/black color without the cheesy brush marks. I will be returning the Delta faucet for a Newport Brass product, which will have the magnet attaching mechanism after September 2012 (per manufacturer)

Almost perfect ...
I love the color, feel, and overall appearance of this faucet. I'm a little disappointed in 2 things. 1st - the magnetic piece on the faucet which is to help return the spray attachment to it's docking station is not very strong. Actually, I have to put the attachment right into place before the magnetic field picks it up. 2nd - when you use the spray you must remember to "undo" the spray before turning it off. My old faucet defaulted to normal water flow when you turned off the water, this new one does not. So when you turn on the water the spray comes on if that is what you used last. Not a big deal but it tends to splash water where I didn't want it. The more I use it, the more I will remember to turn off the spray before turning off the water.

Can I install the Leland beneath a cabinet with 16” clearance between the counter top and cabinet? If necessary, can the swan neck be detached from the body/handle assembly?

Our 9178-AR-DST-R is 14 7/8" inches tall. The spout can be removed, however, the body of the faucet has a brass piece with a friction spacer to help hold the spout on, and it will require more space to attach the spout properly without causing any damage to the faucet or the countertop.
