Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Cut Above Great faucet, so easy to maneuver, love the bronze color. Also have the soap dispenser, and a lot of new faucets do not come with soap dispensers, and if you have had a previous one that could be a problem. I can definitely tell it is well made and worth the additional money we spent. You can shop the big box stores but their faucets will all be builder grade (low end). Kick it up a notch or two or three and go with a faucet that’s going to perform better and longer.

We have a Delta Leland kitchen faucet and I believe it is the model 9178, and it is 4-5 years old. The handle has been progressively more stiff and harder to operate. Can you please send me a link for maintenance on this faucet? Thanks

I have a Leland 9178-AR-DST kitchen faucet that is starting to leak from the faucet pull down. The water continues to run if the handle is not closed hard into the off position. It's very sensitive and hard to close off the water flow after 6 yrs of use.

Hello! It is not made of solid stainless steel. This model may contain, bronze, brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings, zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw), copper (tubing), aluminum, PEX-C (puck and tubing), silicone (gaskets), synthetic rubber - EDPM, santoprene (hoses), vinyl (hoses), nylon, plastics, and ceramics. My faucet has a broken button and I was told by my plumber to order a replacement part. The button keeps falling off. Should I get a replacement button or a whole new faucet? Or a new nozzle? Please help me.

Cleaned aerator, still low pressure. Can barely blow through head. Now I got to buy a head for $200? Only had for two years. Why not incorporate a filter/screen before the head? Is this under warranty?

Hi Ray65, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue the LELAND® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) MODEL#: 9178-SP-DST-R. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Hello I have a Leland faucet that I installed in 2020.   Recently when shutting off the faucet there is a drip coming from the water spout.   How can I fix this?  Is it still under warranty for replacement parts? Thanks for the info and help. Phil Bode
