I've cleaned the nozzle numerous times and tried everything to get it to stop to no avail. VERY disappointing. I did not expect this so early in it's lifetime and it is not returnable.

Mine detached from the goose neck, and it broke. Is a metal magnetic ring. I Really need this part and instructions of how to attach it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overengineered. The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. The six batteries need to be replaced about every four months; expensive and also very annoying. The spray feature works very well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hot and cold labels not consistent I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

However the handle needs a cover so it doesn’t activate the on/off switch for water supply when trying regulate the volume/temp. Frustrating but manageable. Hopefully Delta has a handle cover (can’t find one).

What is the best way to clean the faucet in the champagne bronze finish? &nbsp;Any recommended products?

Hello Rebecca408, Thank you for your inquiry! The cleaning care information for your Delta Trinsic Touch2O Bar/Prep Pull-down Kitchen 9959T-CZ-DST faucet, per the warranty, recommends to always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. If additional cleaning is required, all of our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409&reg; Antibacterial All Purpose Cleaner, Fantastik&reg; All Purpose Cleaner, or Windex&reg; Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturers' instructions for use. Avoid using the following which can damage your finish: Avoid industrial cleaners and abrasive cleaners, such as those used for toilet bowls, green Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, Soft Scrub, and Tile Cleaner. Avoid products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust and those containing hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids and caustic agents. Avoid harsh abrasives or polishes. How far does the hose reach on the bar faucet?

I usually wash with the spray setting toggled on. Does the spray setting stay on when you touch the faucet off and on, or does it revert to stream?

Does the 9959T-DST faucet have an option for a 1.5gpm aerator to be added?

Hello TSBPlumbing, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Trinsic Bar/Prep 9959T-DST faucet is designed with only a 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI flow rate. There are no other or extra parts for increasing or decreasing the flow rate of this faucet. Best regards, Tanya

What is the height of the handle from the countertop?

We have a breakfast bar behind our sink. The clearance to the backsplash at the countertop is 2.5 inches, which is sufficient for the Trinsic faucet. However, there is a half inch overhang from the breakfast bar. This overhang begins at 5 inches above the countertop. Consequently, the clearance is only 2 inches at that overhang. Will this interfere with the operation of the handle?

Can the on/off handle be reversed to the left side during installation&nbsp;

Kevin, Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the faucet with the handle on the right. The handle operates by tilting away from the faucet to turn on. The vertical (back) position gives cold water and rotating the handle forward provides hot. Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the movement, so if the handle is installed on the left, it will rotate backwards. Also, reversing the installation would move the LED light to the back of the faucet. Best regards, Jon
