The cartridge needs replaced repeatedly and only lasts maybe a year before it starts leaking again. The finish (as you can see in the photos) didn't last at all on the venetian bronze finish. The connection to the pull down sprayer is rusting.

The sleeve that goes over the bonnet is damaged at top. I just bought it and will return it if I can't get it replaced.

I have the Leland kitchen faucet in a stainless finish, bought it in 2020. It has the Shield spray feature. Over the last few months the spray head has totally discolored, the finish is gone. I clean it with 409 spray and the neck, base and handle ok.

I have a Delta 978-ARWE-DST pull down kitchen faucet. I replaced the spray only part and it still does not produce a nice steady flow. When I reinstalled the detachable sprayer head, do I tighten the spray head to the nut or the nut to the spray head?

Looking at replacing my kitchen faucet. What's the difference between 9178-AR-DST (Arctic Stainless) vs. 9178-SP-DST (Spotshield Stainless) and 9178-DST? And also, what does the DST mean?

My Delta Leeland 9178-AR-DST Artic Stainless Faucet will drip if I don’t make sure it is in the exact position. What replacement parts do I need. It was put in June 2018.  Do I need a new faucet? A plumber wants $400 to fix it.

Good after noon . I am a plumber and I have a customer who has a kitchen 3 hole faucet . He likes the Leland but we need to know the height of the faucet as the window seal sits above the faucet and clearance is needed for the faucet .

Reduced flow from the Delta Faucet Leland Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser In Stainless MODEL# 978-SSSD-DST is typically caused by the debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. What is the difference between the 978-RB and the 978-RBWE faucet?

I had a Leland faucet installed about 6 months ago and now the handle now has a rubbing noise and is sticky and stiff when you open it now. Any advice what to do to help this situation?

Our Delta Faucet Leland® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 978-DST with a sticky, stiff, and rubbing handle would be caused by the cartridge. Our recommendation would be to soak the cartridge in 50/50 white vinegar and water and flushing the faucet. I have included flushing instructions below: Start by flushing the supply lines: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
