Love The Look
I replaced my old Delta Leland Kitchen Faucet with this new one. I like the look of the new one. It looks special. It took me a little time to figure out how it worked because the stream of water is different. I wish it would not get water spots on it so easily if you do not wipe of the drops right away it leaves spots on it.

Great faucet. Poor instructions.

Disappointed in Delta from
damaged cartridge
Had sink and faucet installed by plumber. Faucet had to hit a certain spot when turned off or would leak. Called Delta and they said it is a defective cartridge and they would send me a new one. I do not feel I should bear the expense of installing the cartridge as they sold a defective product and this was bad since it was installed.

Good purchase
I purchased my home in 2016 and it has been more than (6) years and no issues with the original Delta Faucet (9178-AR-DST)!
Only recently, the faucet started leaking but since the faucet (9178-AR-DST) has lifetime parts replacement I know I can get the replacement parts at no ($0) additional cost #EASYfix

Easy install, looks and works great

Worst faucet I ever bought
Bought the 9178 DST it has very little water flow from it . All water lines were flushed. I would never recommend this faucet to anyone.

Leaks after 2 years, continual replacement
This was installed by our builder 6 years ago. I’ve had to replace the valve cartridge 6 times in 6 years, because it leaks. Delta gives us free replacement cartridges, which is helpful, but now the Allen nut that attaches the handle to the valve is jammed, so I can’t replace it anymore. It’s a plastic valve cartridge that wears out very quickly, and clearly a known issue for Delta, since they’ve sent me 5 replacement cartridges over the years.

Strong stream
This Delta faucet has a very strong stream button which I love and it is somewhat easy to install. I live in CA so the water pressure is meh without twirling.

Easy install, great magnetic docking.
Have owned the Leland kitchen faucet for 3 years. It matches all the Leland faucets in my bathrooms. Could only cut off water from cold side. When cut off from middle or hot it would leak. Lived with it for 3 years and finally solved last week by replacing cartridge. Delta recommended flushing supply lines but my plumber felt cartridge would solve problem and it did. Sorry I waited so long to get it repaired. Delta has always provided great customer service and free replacement parts for all faucets and shower valves over the 16 years I have owned my home. I highly recommend Delta products.

Nice looking faucet, but problems
I have owned this faucet for about a year, and while it looks nice and seems to operate just fine, it is extremely difficult to get it in the off position where it will not drip. It has a tiny little spot where it doesn’t drip. We have weekend guests at our house and they commented how difficult it is to turn off the kitchen faucet without it dripping. I have thought for a long time about replacing it and their comment spurred me on to just ditch the thing. Life is too short to live with that faucet.

Great water pressure.
I love the look and ease of use. Has great water pressure and the pull down spray is awesome. I have not totally got the hang of the water shield yet. Would recommend this to anyone replacing there facet.

Cheap plastic piece breaks.
There is a piece of black plastic in the lever assembly with four tabs that hold the cylindrical trim on the lever snug to the counter, These tabs break easily. The plastic piece cannot be replaced without buying the entire expensive metal trim. Bad design. It costs upwards of $60 to replace the assembly just to fix a 10 cent piece of plastic. Delta does give the option of buying the cheap plastic insert.

Does not last
Got with our new construction house. After 1 year it was hard to use the handle. Started to bind and also had to find the sweet spot to get water to stop dripping.
