Rated 1 out of 5 by from Problematic It was very difficult to control the temperature as a very small movement of the handle resulted in a large change in the temperature of the water/ After a few months the cartridge needed to be changed as water kept dripping from the faucet even when completely "off". I was hoping that putting in a new cartridge would fix the temperature control issue but it was not any better.

This one works, but it's very hard to turn it off completely: the "off" position seems to be a very narrow seat. Sometimes, we have to turn it full on again, then turn it off, in order to get it to seat in the off position and fully off.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Tale of the12 Drops The unit has been in service for about three weeks. When shutting off water, 12 drops (almost never fewer!) emanate from the faucet. This is regardless of temperature mix. That doesn't seem like a very positive shut-off to me. Also, seeking the absolute "off" position on the gimbal seems to require a bit more precise manipulation when shutting off from the full hot position. Not a problem with with cold or mix. On a more positive note, the sprayer is much more effective that the old leaky Moen sprayer that it replaced, and the hose is a bit longer, too! The extra length is very helpful!! I certainly hope that it doesn't get any worse.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good kitched faucet Nice simple design. Faucet was very easy to install, didn't need to call a plumber. The handle could have a little more left-right (hot-cold) range of motion making it easier to get warm water rather than all hot or all cold but maybe it's just me and I need to just get used to it. I particularly like the side sprayer. My well water comes out at 55 degrees but it doesn't stiffen up the hose as it did with my old side sprayer. The hose stays soft and very flexible. Overall a very good product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from drips and leaks We have a new custom home that we closed on in Oct., 2013. About six weeks later our Delta 441-DST developed a steady drip one drip every three minutes. The plumbers were great and came out on three visits to stop the leak. No luck doing so so they replaced the faulty unit with a brand new 441-DST. About three weeks later I found puddles on the granite arount the faucet. It appeared to be leaking from under the ball of the lever. Two more visits and the unit was fine each time for about a week. The Co. owner, a foreman and a distributor rep came to inspect and found the top of the valve leaking and immediately decided to replace this unit too. I just had my third 441-DST installed in less than five months. Next unit will be a Kohler,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from replaces non-make-in-usa poor product Used for a bit more than a month Easy to install, clear instructions, relatively fast Made in USA Does not leak Does not rust Does not require a buffer to protect the counter surface All part function well, and as portrayed Replacement for (no name listed) that sprayed the counter more than the sink. This was the main faucet, not the "sprayer" part. The angle was poorly designed, too perpendicular with the new sink All in all, an excellent product. No negatives, but do wish the spigot were just a little elevated. We built this home, and although not professional do better quality work than some we know.

It gave me the luxury of keeping my soap dispenser along with a separate sprayer and no base, therefore utilizing all three holes in the sink. The quality of the Delta is superb and it functions as such. I also added a swivel sprayer for extra flexibility.

Is this faucet compatible with a portable dishwasher?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 441-DST has an aerator that measures 15/16" and if your dishwasher has the same measurement, it will work.

Do you make an Escutcheon that would fit Delta Faucet model # 441-DST to cover a 3 hole sink in chrome?

Hi, Ernesto! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have an escutcheon plate to fit the Delta 441-DST Faucet. We do suggest either the Delta 340-DST or 440-DST faucets if an escutcheon plate is needed with the faucet. can it be used with a portable dishwasher hookup

Hi Remo, Thank you for your question! You are able to attach a portable dishwasher to this unit, but you would need the appropriate adapter to do so. Unfortunately we do not make one. The thread size of the spout is 15/16-27 female threads in case the dishwasher you use doesn't come with and adapter that works. If the dishwasher or adapter you are using does not seal correctly in the spout, it can cause a back pressure issue and force water back around the spout tube and run under the sink. If this occurs a larger spout gasket is needed to prevent the issue. You should be able to find a larger gasket locally Best Regards, Daniel

Does 441-SS-DST work with an undermount sink (no holes) and concrete countertop?

Hi Brewsink, Thank you for your question. The model 441-SS-DST can work on a concrete countertop with an undermount bowl. What you have to watch for is how thick the deck/ccountertop will be. The 441-SS-DST has a max deck thickness of 2-1/2". Thanks, Dave
