Great customer service for a failed faucet.
It’s a beautiful faucet however the O ring in the base failed within 4 years. BUT DELTA IS REPLACING IT UNDER WARRANTY. I took a photo and customer service gave me no grief or attitude which I appreciate.

Great Value and outstanding Customer Service.
The push button for water stream broke. Delta sent me a new one for Free. The Customer Service Agent was knowledgeable and very supportive. I did have to text some pictures of the "HUB" an and spray handle.

no longer swivels left-right in under a year
Faucet became difficult to swivel within six months. I have a softener, but it was concreted in place about 1.5 years after installed. No other faucet I have had in the 30 years in this house has done this. Support wanted photos of all the internal parts so they might possibly send parts free. I don't know how or even if this concreted thing can be taken apart after being calcified in place 5+ years. The plumber said it was shot and he would not waste time repairing, but call Delta to see if they will send a free replacement. Nope.

Pull-out section is cheap and not metal
The pull-out handle is not metal and it feels very cheap. I didn’t see that listed anywhere in the product description. If it’s there, it’s hidden well! Quite a disappointment and I do NOT RECOMMEND.

How do you access the handle set screw on a Linden Single Faucet?
After 4 years, the handle on my Linden Single Handle Kitchen Faucet has started to loosen up. I see that there is a cap/cover over what I believe to be the set screw. Just looking for a little advice on best way to remove this, to avoid damage to the cap or the screw behind it.

I see you state the Delta 4353-DST is not compatible with RO water. Why is that? Is there are rebuild kit for the same kitchen faucet?
Hello, Brock from the UP! Thank you for your question. The reverse osmosis process removes minerals, which can lower the pH of the water. As of right now, only our Beverage Faucets are designed to work with reverse osmosis systems.

4353-dst The faucet body will no longer swivel (120 degree movement) side to side. Does the o-ring RP-44648 need to be replaced?

For a residential faucet, this is for as long as the original owner owns the residence in which the faucet is originally installed under normal installation, use and service. The RP49835 Mounting Nut is difficult to get off. Do you have a tool to fit this unique nut?

Thank you for your question. The RP49835 mounting nut for the Delta 4353-RB-DST faucet does not require a special tool to be removed. After the screws are removed, we recommend to use just an adjustable wrench or strap wrench to remove the mounting nut the rest of the way.

What material is this made from? Can it start with full stream, instead of water effecient?
Is this faucet metal/all metal? When you turn the water on, will it start with the full flow stream?

When turned on, the faucet will always start in the water efficient stream. The user can then toggle it to the full stream position but when the water is turned off, it will return to the water efficient stream.

I have trouble regulating the water temperature between hot and cold - either water is super hot or cold - any suggestions to get warm/hot water?

How do you disconnect the spray from the hose? The salesman told me that it would come off. I have fish and a tank cleaner/filler that attaches to my faucet. I need to use it but don't want to risk breaking the faucet by trying to force it to unscrew.

Does the pull out faucet have a removeable aereator for cleaning?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # 4353-RB-DST does not have a removable aerator for cleaning. You can soak the wand in a 50/50 soluttion of white vinegar and cold water overnight to remove any hard water deposits.

I purchased two Delta # 4353-ar-dst kitchen faucets from Heatwave Supply in Tulsa, OK in October of 2013. One of the two is very hard to turn and it looks like some type of grease is coming out around where the base swivels. How do I fix the problem?

Thank you for your question. The Delta 4353-AR-DST-Linden kitchen faucet has a Multi- function wand assembly, with a 1.5 in spray mode and a high pressure button for 2.2 in aerated mode. The Delta faucets do not have removable restrictors or adapters for increasing or decreasing the designed flow rate of the faucet.

Does the pull out “wand assembly” have a water shut-off button? That is, can you shut the water flow completely OFF from the wand assembly?

Why do you not show the aerator
Thank you for your question, Buster! Model 4353-AR-DST does not include a removable aerator for the wand. We recommend removing the wand itself to check for debris as well as pouring a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water into the wand for hard water buildup. can it swivel from one sink to the other sink?

After 5 years, we had to take the faucet off the sink and take it fully apart to clean corrosion from the inside that was keeping it from swiveling. Now it is functioning like new!

how to replace the pull down hose
Thank you for your question, CAROL! The wand will unscrew from the hose first. After the shut off supplies are safely turned off below the counter, you can then discount the clip that holds the hose onto the nipple outlet. Pull the hose straight up from above the counter, twisting occasionally if it gets caught inside, then insert the new hose down into the hub and clip it onto the outlet. Be sure to re-use the hose weight to keep this hose working properly. Now attach the wand and turn the hot and cold water shut off's back on and test the faucet to check for leaks.
