I have a softener, but it was concreted in place about 1.5 years after installed. No other faucet I have had in the 30 years in this house has done this. Support wanted photos of all the internal parts so they might possibly send parts free. I don't know how or even if this concreted thing can be taken apart after being calcified in place 5+ years. The plumber said it was shot and he would not waste time repairing, but call Delta to see if they will send a free replacement. Nope.

How does the pull out valve work on the Linden faucet?

Can the pull out be set to always spray when turned on via the main control or does it reset to bubble stream when shut off via the main control? In other words--does the faucet always start with bubble stream and then switch to spray when the pull out button is pressed and then automatically switch back to bubbles when shut off by the main control. I don't want any automation. I want to be able to set for bubbles or spray and have it stay that way through on and off cycles.

Thank you for your question. The spray options on Delta Faucet model #4353-SS-DST are as follows: Button 1 - Spray Mode Button 2 - 1.5 gpm at 60 psi Maximum Aerator Button 3 - Standard Flow Aerator The wand returns to position #2 (1.5 gpm) if left in position 3 when the water is turned off.

I have this unit and was changing sinks. When I reinstalled it I cannot get the connetion to the pray unit to stop leeking. I must have lost a o ring or something. Is a diagram and service parts available?

Tub Faucet?

Would there be any reason to not use this as a deck mount tub filler for my soaker tub?

This faucet has a maximum flow rate of 1.5 gpm @ 60 PSI and an aerated Multi-Flow feature with maximum 2.2 gpm @ 60 PSI. The flow rate on this Kitchen faucet is no high/great enough to fill a soaker tub. Best regards, Tanya

My cold water blue light has stopped coming on. The hot water side red light still comes on. What can I do about the blue light.

Hi, Ricky S! Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your Delta faucet. We recommend to reset the LED light wire and battery pack. To do this, disconnect the LED light wire from the solenoid. Disconnect the battery pack. Wait a full minute. While you are waiting a full minute, you can check batteries and see if they are in good condition, even try new batteries. Make sure they're all in the correct direction and tightly secured in the battery pack. After a full minute, reconnect the LED light wire into the solenoid and then reconnect the battery pack. Wait another full minute. After the full minute, you can then check your faucet and see if the blue light works better. If not, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. Leaking is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. We recommend flushing the supply lines. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check for leaking from the faucet. How do I unscrew the spray wand from the hose? I think other models have a button to depress when you unscrew, but this one doesn't and I really need instructions on where exactly it unscrews because it isn't clear. Is there a video of how to do it?

We have an older 4353-DST that we just had to disassemble to clean out. While we cleared the debris from the back side of the aerator, additional debris is visible inside the aerator, so we'd like to replace it. What is the part number of the aerator?

My Linden kitchen faucet sounds like it needs lubrication. When I swivel the faucet from one side of the sink to the other, it makes a noise that sounds like it needs to be oiled or lubricated somehow. Is there a way to lubricate it?

My Delta model 4353 DST has quit swiveling at the base. After reading the reviews, I, too, have corrosion. Is there a solution to this defect? I really don't want to have to replace after investing so much money in this product.

We would recommend taking a towel, soaking it in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water, and wrapping it around the hub of the faucet overnight. This should loosen up the hub and allow it to move more freely. If the above does not resolve the concern RP44648 will need to be replaced; which is the O-Ring at the base of the faucet. This faucet has multiple spray options but if I were too turn the faucet on and switch from aerated to the needle spray would it stay on that setting when I turn the faucet off then back on? Or what it reset to the normal aerated spray?
