I have a softener, but it was concreted in place about 1.5 years after installed. No other faucet I have had in the 30 years in this house has done this. Support wanted photos of all the internal parts so they might possibly send parts free. I don't know how or even if this concreted thing can be taken apart after being calcified in place 5+ years. The plumber said it was shot and he would not waste time repairing, but call Delta to see if they will send a free replacement. Nope.

My 4 year old Linden kitchen, single handle, pull out spray, faucet spout, no longer swivels from side to side. It seems to be frozen in center position. What parts do I need to do the repair myself ?

Our kitchen faucet is a Delta 4353 DST single lever faucet and drips when we turn it off. We have to start and stop the faucet several times to get it to stop dripping. Does it need a new part?

My water pressure is extremely poor on the single water output. The sprayer is fine. It is not the hose because when I remove the sprayer the pressure is great. How do I remove to clean out blockage?

We recommend cleaning the wand face with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for mineral buildup and general maintenance. Swivel only moves 90 degrees (at best!) and is stiff,hard to move and requires 2 hands. This is a 4353-DST. What can we do to fix it?

We would recommend taking a towel, soaking it in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water, and wrapping it around the hub of the faucet overnight. On the wand operation, the pressure is the same for button 2 and 3. Is there something I can change. This was working correctly for the past years until now.

I need instructions on how to replace the RP44648 O ring on a Model 4353-DST Delta faucet. Does the water supply need to be shut off? Does the faucet assembly need to be removed from the countertop? Thanks

Hi Dutch, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To change the O-Ring on the LINDEN® Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 4353-DST, be sure that the hot and cold supplies are turned off under the sink, then open the handle to the on position to relieve pressure in the hose. Next, remove the clip on that connects the hose to the faucet under the sink and pull the hose off. Then, above the sink, pull the wand and hose completely out. Remove the red/blue button on the handle and loosen the 1/8" Allen set screw. Pull the handle off, unscrew the cap, and then lift up on the hub assembly as you swivel it back and forth. This will allow you to access the O-Ring. Please do not apply any lubrication on the new O-Ring as it will be pre-lubricated. How do you clean the aerator? The faucet has extrememly low water pressure and its the only one in the house with this problem.

Hi Carolyn! I would be happy to help. You can pull the wand down and soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water for about an hour. Be sure to rinse in clear water afterward. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.
