Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great customer service for a failed faucet. It’s a beautiful faucet however the O ring in the base failed within 4 years. BUT DELTA IS REPLACING IT UNDER WARRANTY. I took a photo and customer service gave me no grief or attitude which I appreciate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no longer swivels left-right in under a year Faucet became difficult to swivel within six months. I have a softener, but it was concreted in place about 1.5 years after installed. No other faucet I have had in the 30 years in this house has done this. Support wanted photos of all the internal parts so they might possibly send parts free. I don't know how or even if this concreted thing can be taken apart after being calcified in place 5+ years. The plumber said it was shot and he would not waste time repairing, but call Delta to see if they will send a free replacement. Nope.

Our kitchen faucet won’t tun off only at a certain position which must be found by maneuvering the handle around until you find just the right spot for the water To stop running! Which part does it need?

Asked by: Darcey
Hello Valued Customer, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the Linden® Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet Model#: 4353-AR-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. If this does not help, please let us know. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

Can the 4353 DST AR kitchen spray head be disassembled? I have removed it from the hose and I can see it has small particles clogging the internal filter which has severely reduced the flow of water. Is there an exploded diagram or special tool available?

Asked by: DON R
Hello Don! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. No, the spray head cannot be disassembled and we do not recommend this as it will void the warranty. The spray head can be soaked in 50% warm water and 50% white vinegar overnight. We also recommend flushing the valves of the faucet. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us again. Best Regards, Carrie

Why does the handle make a low pitch squeak when it turns the water off and on?

Asked by: Ross
Hello Ross, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! The noise is likely caused by debris in the faucet or cartridge. We would recommend flushing the faucet and then replacing the RP50587 if the issue does not improve. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best regards, Bryan

I believe there is hard water buildup in my spray wand and want to clean it out, but cannot figure out how to detach it. I cannot find instructions on the website. Anyone know? Thanks

Asked by: VaGirlHi
Hi VaGirlHi, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The Linden® Water Efficient Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet Model#: 4353-SS-DST wand assembly can be soaked in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside. The wand unscrews from the hose, remember to not allow the hose to fall in the faucet. Please reach out with further questions!
