Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great customer service for a failed faucet. It’s a beautiful faucet however the O ring in the base failed within 4 years. BUT DELTA IS REPLACING IT UNDER WARRANTY. I took a photo and customer service gave me no grief or attitude which I appreciate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from no longer swivels left-right in under a year Faucet became difficult to swivel within six months. I have a softener, but it was concreted in place about 1.5 years after installed. No other faucet I have had in the 30 years in this house has done this. Support wanted photos of all the internal parts so they might possibly send parts free. I don't know how or even if this concreted thing can be taken apart after being calcified in place 5+ years. The plumber said it was shot and he would not waste time repairing, but call Delta to see if they will send a free replacement. Nope.

May I get a replacement for my Delta Linden 4353-ar-dst?  It it frozen up and has stopped swiveling.  My plumber replaced the o- rings, but within 3 weeks it froze up again.  He suggested I need to tell you about this and that you will send me a replaceme

I have this faucet (I love it, by the way) but I am changing my sink out from a 3-hole-mount to a single-hole and my builder did not leave the hardware for a single-mount. How do I go about getting the needed hardware for a single-hol- mount? Thank you!

My Delta 4353-RB-DST is hard to swivel side to side and now it drips from the faucet.  What parts do I require that will stop the dripping from the faucet and improve the side by side swivel?

Hi Mark59, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve the dripping from the LINDEN™ Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 4353-RB-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. The O-Ring MODEL#: RP44648 can be used for the swivel issue. Parts can be purchased online or locally. Installed in 2018, now the Hub Assembly has separated from the 1-hole Escutcheon (Model#RP60962). The installation instruction pictures make it look like the two pieces come out of the box as one piece unlike the 3-hole escutcheon. Is this true?
